The brief

Ready Media Group wanted listing marketing without the production shop: an agent enters a property address, uploads phone photos, and walks away with a complete branded campaign. Cinematic listing video, AI aerial imagery, enhanced photos and virtual staging, all carrying the agency's colours and logo.

What we built

Three applications behind one platform: a public site with ordering and Stripe checkout, an internal dashboard where staff and agents run the tools, and an API that owns orders, auth and the generation pipeline. The centrepiece is a browser video editor with nine fully animated overlay components and a drag-and-drop timeline. The same compiled render bundle drives both the live preview and the final server render, so what an agent sees is exactly what exports.

Engineering that holds up

The platform targets roughly 99.95% uptime on a cross-provider ladder: Fly.io in Sydney as primary, a warm Google Cloud Run standby, and a Cloudflare edge maintenance page if both are down, with rehearsed failover runbooks. When a cloud outage silently dropped realtime events mid-project, we shipped a three-layer recovery pattern (realtime, backoff polling, safety-net polling) so a finished job can never strand a loading screen again.

Built to hand over

Every account was provisioned inside client-owned containers from day one, so ownership transfers without a migration: invite the client, promote to owner, we leave. The handover shipped with full documentation, operational runbooks and a written guide for their incoming team. That is what end to end means here: we built it, ran it in production, and engineered our own exit.
